Is Christine Green the Right Coach for You?

If you’re seeking someone who will ask you the hard questions that are right on target and offer unique perspectives and creative solutions…then the answer is probably YES.

If you’re looking for someone to help you effectively navigate personal and business relationships…then the answer is probably YES.

As a creative thinker with a highly developed intuitive sense, Christine helps her clients take themselves and their business to the next level of success. She is a non-stop idea generator and has a knack for viewing challenges from an original perspective which often results in “outside of the box” solutions.

Start-up entrepreneurs and business owners, hire Christine. She helps them avoid common mistakes, save countless hours of research and learning the hard way, and how to increase productivity by using recommended systems and software.

Business Advice – Problem-Solving – Marketing Strategies – all from one source.

There are various philosophies and styles of coaching. Many coaches take the approach of helping you find your own solutions and allowing you to gain awareness on your own timeline, rather than giving any advice

Christine explains:

My approach is based on the needs of each client. I am a resource and a consultant as much as a coach. At times I am directive and will make specific recommendations. I will offer any resource that I believe will benefit you. And because of my in-depth exploration of life’s personal and professional aspects I have a wide range of knowledge and know of many resources to suggest.

I specialize in helping clients strengthen their personal boundaries and develop assertiveness skills – both are essential for home life and assist business owners as they navigate relationships with employees, vendors, consultants, etc.

For business owners I also offer marketing coaching.

One of my greatest strengths as a coach is my multi-faceted background. I’ve always been hooked on learning and fascinated by what makes people tick. I hold a wealth of knowledge and freely offer that knowledge to my clients. I can broaden the base of what is available to help you get to where you are going – personally and professionally.

The other important aspect of my background is that I am a creativity freak. I’ve worn many hats in the past, including that of a fine arts painter, photographer, filmmaker, designer, oral historian, rehab counselor, director of an alternative mental health program, self-development seminar leader, and dating coach.

Currently, I am a marketing strategist, website designer, copywriter, social media consultant & content developer, video producer, blogger, and computer geek.

This doesn’t mean I only coach people in the creative fields. Exactly the opposite. My coaching is often most effective for those who have gone the traditional route in education, business, and life. The kind of people who appreciate and thrive with an expanded perspective. Those who blossom in the fertile soil of my irreverent humor and a don’t-take-yourself-so-seriously approach. Those who are weary of the same old, same old.

Are you one of them?

Do you like the idea of innovative thinking, alternative points of view, resources for things you never knew existed, and brilliant ideas…all wrapped up in a great sense of humor?

Professional Coaches are a dime-a-dozen. You’ll have no trouble finding one with a more traditional approach who might be helpful even with a narrow scope of life experience. If that’s what you are looking for than thanks for stopping by, and I wish you the best.

Whatever you do, make sure you find a coach who is a good “fit” for you. Someone you can trust to hold your agenda in a style that works best for you.

“Christine Green helped me with general marketing consulting and website content additions that created a more effective marketing angle. I valued working with Christine for a number of reasons but most importantly, was her ability to hear me and translate my company’s needs into clear communications to the public. Her, almost uncanny, ability to bring forth the right messages and to focus them in the directions that mattered to my company’s vision, were invaluable. This was the considerable support necessary to my company and its future.”

She really listens and right from the start she picked up on what I needed. Business Writing

From Brand Messaging to Policy Development

Brand Messaging & Customer-focused Web Content

Christine notices what’s missing on your website, or how your messaging could be improved to more effectively engage your prospects. She’ll rewrite your web and brand messaging so that your target audience “gets you” at a glance.

Policies & Procedures

Christine has worked on overall revisions and the writing of policy manual segments for several organizations. For a well-known music school in the Boston area she worked in partnership with the lead consultant to update their policies and procedures. Christine recognized gaps that needed to be addressed and wrote additional policies that she deemed necessary for the school. Her additions were accepted and included in the updated version of school’s manual.

Christine also developed policies and procedures for the proposed eco-village, Odonata in the Greater Newburyport area. That business entity did not become a reality but the policy manual was almost complete during the time Christine was involved with the project.

“When I launched my consulting business Christine helped me develop my brand message. She designed my superb brochure and a creative professional website. It wasn’t long before Christine was also working as a partner with me on some of the actual consulting work. She was involved with writing and revising business policies and procedures, developing management practices and other high-level consulting activities. Many times I relied on Christine for ideas and advice.”

S.G.

SG Consulting, Reading, MA

“Christine worked on the Policies & Procedures Manual for our proposed Eco-Village in the Greater Newburyport area. She had excellent ideas for what policies we needed and wrote detailed policies that explained comprehensive concepts and presented them in an easy-to-understand format.”
