Coaching & Consulting

Improve Your Business Life & Your Personal Life with the Right Skills & Resources

Christine explains how she helps individuals and businesses:

I serve as a Coach and Consultant with a skills-based approach focused on your needs.

After years working with those seeking success in their business or as a solo professional I have found that what is often most lacking and of most value is to help clients strengthen their essential life skills. Skills that are often undervalued and misunderstood. Skills that are not specifically taught to children or adults (at least not in the United States).

I coach clients in how to develop the Relational and Procedural Skills necessary for personal and business effectiveness. Lives are transformed by simply improving skills in assertiveness, personal boundaries, and emotional management. I teach clients how to decrease misunderstandings and improve relationships using a transformative communication model that develops self-awareness and resolves conflicts. With practice and coaching, it’s easy to learn. Clients see results the very first time they follow the formula.

I write in-depth skills-building articles that offer support material that aligns with coaching. Those articles are linked at the bottom of this page. Topics include what’s mentioned above as well as decision-making, and all the skills that help us get along better.

As a trained professional coach, with a psychology background and clinical experience I understand what makes people tick. I bring a wide range of experience with a unique perspective, practical advice, and gentle guidance to help you find creative solutions.

While I have a wild creative streak and usually come up with the approach less traveled, my coaching is quite effective for those who have gone the traditional route in education, business, and life – they appreciate and thrive in the fertile soil of an expanded perspective.

Do you like innovative thinking, alternative points of view, resources for things you never knew existed, and problem solving, all wrapped up in a great sense of humor?

Professional Coaches are a dime-a-dozen. You’ll have no trouble finding one with a more traditional approach. But for a comprehensive skills-based approach that can help you develop new practical competencies, I might be your ideal guide.

If you’re looking for someone more traditional then thanks for stopping by, and I wish you the best. Whatever you do, make sure you find a coach who is a good “fit” for you.

If you think that Coach might be me, please Get in Touch and we’ll find out!

Christine explains how she helps businesses and individuals:

My approach is based on your needs. My role as a Coach and Consultant are intertwined.

What’s most valuable to my clients is not only my marketing expertise, but my wide range of life experience – practical and quirky, my unique perspective, and a creative mind that never stops generating ideas. I know of numerous resources and will refer you to the ones you need.

I have a good understanding of what makes people tick – which is one of the reasons I excel at marketing. I serve as a coach, consultant, or trainer…and for organizations can step into an implemetation role when needed.  (see that section below).

I also specialize in helping clients strengthen their personal boundaries and develop skills in conflict resolution and assertiveness – all of which are essential for home life and business relationships.

I spend most of my time currently as a web designer and digital marketing strategist. I’m a copywriter with a knack for effective messaging that pairs well with my photography, video and design skills – a business owner’s dream consultant.

I write comprehensive articles on decision-making, conflict resolution, personal boundaries and assertiveness – all are valuable as business resources. (see the bottom of this page)

While I have a wild creative streak and usually come up with the angle less traveled, my coaching is quite effective for those who have gone the traditional route in education, business, and life – they appreciate and thrive in the fertile soil of an expanded perspective.
