RSS

What is RSS?

RSS stands for ‘Really Simple Syndication’. It is often referred to as a ‘news feed’ that you subscribe to.

If you want an easy way to receive the latest posts from What Makes People Tick, you can subscribe to this site using the RSS feed.

Once you have set yourself up to receive RSS feeds you can subscribe to anything on the web by clicking the link or little orange button:
Subscribe in a reader

Your favorite parts of the web will then come directly to you so you don’t have to go back to your bookmarks to find the site or blog that you liked. Once you click the orange button you will automatically be taken to your RSS Reader’s web page where you can choose exactly how to receive it.

If you don’t have an RSS Reader you will need to set one up. It’s simple and quick.

Google Reader is a good choice of a web-based RSS Reader:
