How She Got Here – Christine’s path to the present…
In the 1980s Christine studied filmmaking at the University of Maryland. During this time she co-produced a documentary film about oral history in Baltimore city. Christine has now come full circle to utilize her production and creative filmmaking skills to create videos for clients.
Working in the mental health field, in the early 1990s, Christine was the director of a Clinical Mental Health Program with a cottage industry component. That was the beginning of her business and marketing experience. During her years as a clinician and program director, Christine gained an of what motivates people.
This interest in human behavior and her knack for creative problem solving later led her to complete the Coaches Training Institute program and start her Life Coaching business in 1996. In 2001, she was certified as a Relationship Coach and launched Conscious Courtship, an online resource for singles seeking relationships and an in-person seminar presented in northeastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire. Christine also provided individual coaching, published a popular email newsletter and was a guest columnist for the Amesbury News.
As a Relationship Coach, Christine taught clients the intricacies of “personal branding.” She helped singles create an honest and compelling online dating presence, that authentically highlighted their best features and unique identity. Those same skills were later applied when helping small businesses develop their brand identity and creative marketing campaigns.
Christine continued her Life Coaching business during her time in a corporate marketing position at Mark Richey Woodworking until 2009.
Christine is a skilled marketing strategist with an uncanny ability to identify missed opportunities. After analyzing your marketing initiatives, she can not only point out what you’re NOT doing (that you need to be doing), but from her unique perspective, will generate creative approaches that you (and your competitors) haven’t likely thought of.
